Rob Papp and The Blow Out Blues Band play Martha Salt Music on Saturday 19th March 2022.
Mr Rob Papp electric guitar with full band! Blues guitarist maestro and vocalist who studied with the greats Joe Pass and Robben Ford in Los Angeles, brings his jazz and blues fusion style to Martha Salt Music this 19th March. Rob established the famous Blue Note College of Music back in ’88, and is sort after for his unique take on the blues played with his mastery of jazz. Come down to Martha Salt for a real jazz blues masterclass, when Rob fronts the Blow Out Blues Band with Salty on harp, Pete Hodges on drums and second guitar Morgan Klose. Can’t wait for this one – so good!
Rob and the Blow Out will be playing New Orleans funk and Chicago blues including cuts from BB King, The Meters, Buddy Guy, Charlie Musselwhite, Robben Ford, Paul Butterfield, Jimmy Reed, Kenny Burrell and some mighty fine originals. Yeah!
