Sharing the stage is the Hall of Fame inductee and internationally acclaimed vocalist ANDREA MARR, with a stunning career across the Australian festival network and an invited member of the Blues Foundations ‘Women in Blues’ alumni in Memphis, Tennessee. Andrea is tasked with developing artist exchanges across the global scene.
Backing them is a powerhouse engine room of seasoned musicians: Dale Finch on Bass, Peter Phillips on Hammond Organ, Neil Richardson on Drums

Dale Finch: The Bassist Behind the Groove
Dale Finch discovered his passion for music at the age of 13, when he first picked up the bass guitar and started jamming with friends. By15, he was performing professional jazz gigs with his father’s band, laying the foundation for a lifetime of musical excellence.
With decades of experience, Dale has become a versatile bassist, mastering both Electric and Double Bass across a wide range of genres, including Jazz, Rock, Pop, Blues, Soul, Funk, and Latin. His career has seen him perform everywhere from intimate duos to energetic big bands, gracing restaurants, hotels, receptions, and festivals throughout Melbourne and beyond.
Dale thrives on creating a rock-solid bass foundation for every ensemble he joins, occasionally stepping into the spotlight with vocal contributions. Whether it’s a smooth jazz set or a high-energy blues performance, Dale brings professionalism, passion, and groove to every stage.
Neil Richardson on Drums
Neil Richardson is a highly respected drummer and long-standing figure in the Melbourne music scene. Born in England, Neil migrated to Australia in 1972 and quickly immersed himself in the city’s rich live music culture, building a reputation for solid groove, musical sensitivity, and unwavering professionalism.
Over the decades, Neil has performed with an impressive range of artists and bands, including Sammy Owen, Leim Keely, Cam Walters, Luke Greenhatch, Nathern Baretta, and Bag of Nails. His adaptability and deep understanding of song-first drumming have made him a sought-after collaborator across blues, roots, rock, and contemporary styles.
More recently, Neil has continued to make his mark performing with Travis Walters, Adam Waldron, and The Nomads, bringing decades of experience and a timeless feel to every performance.
With a career spanning generations, Neil Richardson remains a steady, trusted presence on Melbourne stages — a drummer whose playing serves the music, the band, and the moment.
Peter Phillips – Keyboard Extraordinaire
Peter Phillips is a seasoned Keyboard/ Hammond player whose dynamic performances have earned him a respected place in the world of live music. With a career spanning countless gigs, festivals, and events, Peter’s talent and passion for the keys shine through every note.
Currently captivating audiences with the blues outfit Kings and Queens, Peter brings soul and sophistication to the stage, blending intricate melodies with the raw emotion of the blues.
