FAQ

Most shows are pre-sold through the MARTHA SALT website www.marthsalt.com.au  Tickets can be printed at time of purchase and should be taken to the show to be checked at the door or displayed on mobile phones at the door. Tickets can also be purchased at the door on the day/night of the show (if still available).

We ask that you carefully choose the show (and day/night) you are booking tickets for as there are no refunds or ticket exchanges available once payment has been made unless a show is postponed or cancelled.

Booking fees are charged by our ticketing provider to cover admin costs and are not refundable. The current charge is 0.50c per ticket. Merchant fees are usually charged to the ticket buyer by their credit card provider.

Most shows will have a seating allocation (usually reserved by prior booking) as well as a general admission (standing/dancing) component. Some shows may be standing only or fully seated.

For shows where there is a reserved seating component you can book online through the MARTHA SALT website. The allocation of tables will automatically be in order of booking date i.e. those that book first will get tables closest to the stage. On arrival at the venue you will be allocated a table number when you present your ticket at the door.

In most instances this is quite possible, but not guaranteed. Please email bookings@marthsalt.com.au with your request as early as possible prior to the day of the show and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note, if we haven’t responded to your request, it may mean we have not received your email.

For evening shows doors open at 7:30pm, with music from 8:30pm. Please check the website for scheduled playing times for each show as times can vary depending upon the individual artists.

There is a fully licensed bar available which is CASHLESS, ie card only. You cannot bring your own alcohol to the venue.
The Bowlo kitchen is not currently in operation, so you may bring you own food/snacks to the venue, or order in from UberEats or MenuLog for delivery to the venue. You can also purchase light bar snacks from the bar.

MARTHA SALT is located at the Mt Martha Bowls and Petanque Club, 45 Watson Rd Mt Martha. A map is provided on the web site, and you can click on this to open Google maps to obtain further detailed directions.

There is ample parking space around the Mt Martha Bowls and Petanque Club. Parking is free of charge.

People under the age of 18 years are allowed to attend shows at MARTHA SALT as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult and will require a valid ticket.

There is no strict dress code at MARTHA SALT however we do ask that you take some care in your presentation and follow the requirements of the venue host, Mt Martha Bowls and Petanque Club.

Yes, there are ramps, a chair elevator and suitable toilet facilities.
